FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION IS A VINTAGE “JAGUAR CARS SERVICE WITH LEAPING JAGUAR CAT GRAPHICS” SHIELD SHAPED 6″ BY 3.5″ THICK (OVER 4 OUNCES) PORCELAIN METAL GASOLINE & OIL DOOR PUSH PLATE ADVERTISING SIGN. THIS SIGN HAS FANTASTIC GRAPHICS OF THE VERY NEAT AND SELDOM SEEN LEAPING JAGUAR LOGO AND IS IN THE SHAPE OF A SHIELD. I REALLY LIKE THE WRENCH ON THE BOTTOM AND THE NEAT AQUA COKOR OF THIS ONE OF THE DOMED HEAVY PORCELAIN. THIS WAS BELIEVED TO BE A DOOR PUSH PLATE SIGN AND HAS GREAT GRAPHICS AND HAS A DOMED SHAPE TO IT. THIS SIGN DOES SHOW VERY LIGHT WEAR & USE, BUT DISPLAYS VERY WELL. THIS SIGN MEASURE 6″ BY 3.5″ AND IS VERY HEAVY FOR ITS SIZE WEIGHTING OVER 4 OUNCES AND IS MADE OF THICK DOMED PORCELAIN METAL. THIS SIGN IS VERY HEAVY AND MADE OF THICK PORCELAIN NOT CHEAP TIN OR THIN METAL. Please do your own research as vintage does not necessarily mean original. Note: I was left with a large advertising collection along with some that I have collected over the years & I also attend high end estate sales in the area.
