For sale is a beautiful art deco countertop light made of glass, metal, and Bakelite. The glass is reverse painted with no fade, paint loss, or chips. The bakelite base is in similarly excellent condition, with only a small chip on the back bracket (see photo). A metal plate sits behind the glass and, when switched on, a light (incandescent bulb) from below lights up the glass panel like a prism. The light looks amazing in a darkened room. The advertising product is a GM Frigidaire refrigerator, likely from the 1940s.
