VINTAGE 1960s NYLINT/NY-LINT FORD RAPID DELIVERY STAKE TRUCK-EX. ORIGINAL COND

The metal/tin bumper & headlight assemblies are intact with just minor light rust discoloration (more so on the bumper assembly, than the headlights). The four “chrome” FORD hubcaps are in great condition with no rust discoloration. The hard rubber white wall tires are also in great condition with very little wear (no cracks or flat spots, and they all spin freely). The tires are marked: NY-LINT TOYS 8-19.5. The windshield is in very good condition with no chips or cracks, and having only a small scratch or two (the largest is in the upper right corner-photo #2). Here I have a VERY RARE. Very Good to Excellent Condition. (TM-1101 is double struck through [see photos]). ¼ TON 4 x 4. Book measures about 8 ½ x 11 inches. Really nice condition Ford sign. I was told that this was hanging in a local garage at least as early as the 1970s. That being said, I know there are some repros out there and I don’t want to deal in them. From what I can tell, the repros have different styles of hole-enforcers, and have a hole at the bottom, too, and this one doesn’t. It is also a bit faded all over, not the bright blue that the repros have. If anyone has any other info about this, please let me know. There are surface scratches all over, but no rust.
