It has been wired to plug in normal outlet and the switch on the cord lights up the two sided menu board and the toggle switch operates the Car Hop Signal red light (for when you are ready to order or to have tray picked up) In overall very good condition and there is a crack in the plastic shroud clearly shown in photos.
