I believe the car is a Suburban from the late 1930s (Chevy started making them in’36) although the grill looks different so I can’t be sure. I think this item was part of some type of display due to the two screw holes. It’s made of some type of thick metal, possibly pewter, and it’s pretty heavy weighing 10 ounces. I have no idea how old it is but I bought from the widow of an old guy who had it on a shelf in his den. I haven’t found another one like it so I think it’s an uncommon item. My best guess is it was part of a display or plaque-type thing that was given to a Chevy employee. It has some wear on the surface so be sure to check all the photos for condition details.
