Rare Vintage Buick Pontiac Oakland Dealership Banner Sign

ONLY ONE IN EXISTANCE! Description: While I’m very reluctant to sell this nonetheless here it is. I bought this dealership banner years ago and haven’t had a place to display it due to its size. It measures about 19 feet long and is 2 1/2 feet wide. It features two different WISCONSIN dealerships as well as BUICK PONTIAC and OAKLAND. Anyone that knows OAKLAND’s knows that they were no longer being made after 1931. I’m assuming this sign is at least that old. As always pictures tell the story. You can clearly see some damage on the canvas but all in all it’s a sharp looking sign with beautiful colors. All items leave here packed with care, but I will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items due to postal mishandling. I will try to list and explain my auctions to the best of my ability. We all have different ways to distinguish specifics. I care about how items are handled. You will receive your item packed just as well or better than I would expect to receive them myself. This is an original CHEVROLET TIME dealer clock that has had the face repainted in a PONTIAC theme complete with indian. Neon works as you can see. No cracks or chips in the glass. The clock works and has a new motor. See photos, they show it pretty well. Has paint loss. It’s a pretty good sized clock, little over 20″ in diameter and 6″ deep. The cord is old and original. Any questions just ask. I could take it to the local UPS Store if you make the arrangements. Will help any way that I can.

Super cool and super rare Pontiac dealership counter sign. 11″ wide x 7″ high x 2 deep. Manufactured by Price Bros, known for their quality. Constructed of a metal base with thick etched and painted glass sign face with painted metal reverse sign face. Illuminated by a pair of small incandescent bulbs and works well. There is an in line on off switch to control the lighting. I would date this sign from the 1940s or 1950s era, but the exact age is unknown. Certainly a very old item. The item displays nicely but does show various areas of wear and tear and patina, as shown in the pics. There is a chip out of the glass on the lower left side, presumably from someone over tightening the mounting screw. Hard to observe when the glass is mounted. There are expected areas of wear and paint loss, scratches, scuffs, rust, dirt, ect. The wiring and bottom access plate were missing, so I had a master electrician fabricate and install a new plate with completely new wiring, switch, bushing, plug, sockets, and bulbs. All told a killer lighted sign that would look great in your dealership, repair shop, garage, man cave, etc. The quoted s&h charge is for the lower 48 states only. Very large Pontiac dealer sign. It is well used and has scratches. It measures a whopping 70″ long and 18 1/2″ tall. I believe it’s dates around the late 50’s to early 60’s. Please look at photos closely as they are part of the description. Please ask any questions!
