The sign is framed and measures (including frame) approximately 13.5″ tall and 22″ wide. It features four pictures vignettes and is titled Use of the Apperson among the hills of Eastern Canada. I have not removed the sign from the frame, so I cannot speak to the condition for other than what I can observe with in the frame. The condition appears to be very nice with some light discolorations. This is certainly a very rare piece being (likely) a hundred years old and being made from paper.
