Original presentation box and 1930’s Chevrolet Motor Division, General Motors Sales Corporation of Detroit Automobile Badge for Order of Marching Chevroliers. Comes with the original presentation box straight from the 1930’s. The badge is beautiful silver, copper color, red enamel, gold lettering. Eight pointed star with silver sword, hat with plumage, and gloved hand. Perfect red enamel with sunburst lines. Gold letters on enamel say: Order of Marching Chevroliers. Then, there are copper fan embellishments between the star points. Back has manufacturers’ mark and patent that says: Gordon B Miller & Corp, Cincinnati, Ohio. Front and back of badge itself is NOS and Unused. Condition is excellent for 90 years old!!! Comes with the original blue presentation box and original tissue printed instruction sheet which measures 8 inches wide by 10 1/2 inches long. This one also has the manufacturers name again: Gordon B Miller. Wrinkled because it is tissue and not regular paper. But, it is readable and all there. Beneath the bottom blue felt base are the two original 3 x 1 mounting plates, one silver color and one brass. Inside the original box cover lid, it says: Chevrolet Motor Division General Motors Sales Corporation- Detroit. This kit has it all including the Badge Logo on the outside front lid top, two mounting brackets, and both 1 5/8 brass threaded mounting posts with quantity 4 attachment nuts on each post.
