Vintage Chevrolet U-s-a-1 All The Way License Plate Original Steel Small Slots

Up for your consideration is a vintage ORIGINAL 1960’s? CHEVROLET U-S-A-1 ALL THE WAY LICENSE PLATE. It appears to be in every good condition for age. I don’t believe it has ever been mounted on a car because there are no circular bolt impressions around the slots. It does have minor surface rust around the edges on the front and rear from years of storage. There is also some very minor surface rust around the mounting holes. The rest of the plate is excellent including the gold and blue factory paint in the letters. There are no dings or dents on the plate. This is an original steel plate with the small slots, not a reproduction flimsy aluminum one with the longer mounting slots. It’s been in my collection for years and I’m now thinning out. This is such a great piece! Features the Esso oil drop boy and girl riding in a convertible car! Advertisement for Esso motor oil. Really nice colors and content. This is die cut, unique shape really makes it stand out way more then the typical round or square signage. This sign shows minor signs of use and age. Some chipping around the mounting holes and edges. Hard to find in this great of condition! Measures approximately: 8 x 5. Weights approximately: JUST UNDER 1 LBS. The signs have age on them and will show signs of wear. Please note that you are purchasing a USED item, it is possible you will see signs of light rust or minor chipping of the porcelain around the edges.
