Keystone 1920’s Packard Dump Truck – all original, no missing parts, in working order/ hand cranked with a scissors type lift This truck has been in storage for last 40+ years and may need to have some adjustments or fine tuning. It has been tested and everything is working, albeit the crank needs oil and the truck could use a tune up because it has been sitting for a long time.
