The car looks to be from the 1930’s era. This may have been on a Plaque or an award of some kind with the mounting holes on each end. This has some age to it going by the patina. It measures approximately 4 1/2″ x 1 5/8″ x 1 3/8 at the widest points. The two mounting holes are 3/16″ across with the holes about 3 3/4″ apart from each other.
