Up for sale is a vintage Cord Sales & Service sign. This sign is a fantasy sign that was produced in the early’80s. I believe this sign was commissioned by Stan Gilliland. Gilliland was president and member of the Auburn Cord Deusenberg club and museum for decades. He also had a restoration/parts business for Cords and Auburns. This is a heavy enamel sign with pretty good colors. The colors have a slight matte finish to them and there is a little bit of shelf wear across the face. It measures 24″ x 13 1/2″. Back of the sign is rough textured, much like the Ande Rooney reproduction/fantasy signs. Cool piece for your collection. Sign will be packed well. Check my feedback for references.
