THIS COMPANY WAS A MAKER OF QUALITY BATTERIES IN PHILADELPHIA DURING THE EARLY 1900’S OR SO. THE PLANT WAS ON ONTARIO & C STREETS. FIRST ONE SIDE IS BETTER THAN THE OTHER BUT BOTH ARE VERY READABLE. THERE IS SOME RUST AND SCRAPES BUT NOTHING MAJOR. PLEASE LOOK AT PICTURES. I DID CLEAN BOTH SIDES WITH A MILD CLEANER AND NO PAINT DID COME OFF AT ALL. I DID NOT WANT TO OVER CLEAN.
