THIS COMPANY WAS A MAKER OF QUALITY BATTERIES IN PHILADELPHIA DURING THE EARLY 1900’S OR SO. THE PLANT WAS ON ONTARIO & C STREETS. FIRST ONE SIDE IS BETTER THAN THE OTHER BUT BOTH ARE VERY READABLE. THERE IS SOME RUST AND SCRAPES BUT NOTHING MAJOR. PLEASE LOOK AT PICTURES. I DID CLEAN BOTH SIDES WITH A MILD CLEANER AND NO PAINT DID COME OFF AT ALL. I DID NOT WANT TO OVER CLEAN. THE COLORS ARE GREAT BLACK, YELLOW AND RED. THIS SIGN IS NOT IN MINT CONDITION OR PERFECT BUT STILL VERY NICE FOR ITS AGE AND BEING VERY RARE. AGAIN PLEASE LOOK AT PICTURES.
