Metal two gallon vintage petrol can. They took over a redundant explosives factory at Kynochtown to build a fuel depot in 1919 which became known as Coryton. In 1950 Vacuum Oil took over the business at Coryton which then later became Mobil Oil. The can was restored and displayed in a museum in Essex which closed fifteen years ago. It is presentable and sound but is not perfect and has some light dents as can be seen in the photos. It is I believe quite rare.
